Job Description

We are partnering with a family oriented law firm in Manchester, NH that values community involvement and a strong team culture. They are seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant to support up to five attorneys across multiple practice areas, including litigation. Location: Manchester

Schedule: 8-5 Monday - Friday

Pay: 55,000-70,000 Depending on experience

Once Trained - 1 day a week remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms
  • Assemble closing binders and assist with document management
  • Support billing processes and maintain accurate time and expense records
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and depositions
  • Handle court and agency filings, including e-filing
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized client and case files
  • Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably with litigation experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
